Expanse Partnership was founded by Steven French and Ryan Woolley, who together have over 30 years experience in structural engineering and architecture. We work together with our homeowners to make sure they have the rebuild for their home that they have envisioned.

When you work with Expanse Partnership, every detail is taken care of for you, right from design/engineering, surveying, planning applications and/or building regulations. Which can all be done as a package or individually.

We design alterations to residential houses up to 7 million pounds in London, Cambridge and Manchester for countless of homes. Expanse Partnership always makes sure that all the homes we work on have the finishing touches to the highest specification.
